Sister Pat Meets US Suregon General

Saturday April 17, 2010, Sister Pat Cormack attended a dinner at which Providence Hospital Foundation honored Sister Carol Keehan DC. (Sister Carol, is the ninth president and chief executive officer of the Catholic Health Association of the United States (CHA).

At the dinner, Sister Pat had her picture taken with the Surgeon General of the USA, Regina Benjamin. She used to be on the CHA board. (Regina M . Benjamin, M.D., M.B.A. is the 18th Surgeon General of the United States Public Health Service. She has become nationally prominent for her business acumen and humane approach to preventive medicine.

Sister Pat is Associate Director (Business and Finances) for the Leadership Conference of Women Religious, headquartered in Silver Spring, Maryland.
