OUR SPIRITUALITY
The vows of the Holy Cross Sisters (poverty, chastity, and obedience) conform us to the Third Order Rule of St. Francis. Since we were founded by a Capuchin friar in 1856, our spirituality and our ministries are thoroughly Franciscan. Our associates also seek to develop Franciscan spirituality appropriate to their ministries.
